Sianz, sianz, sianz...
Chatting with Juehui on MSN. On her boss and the cleaner auntie. There's just so many weird people around.
Yesterday was Mooncake Festival. Taiwan have 3 days holiday, Korea also have 3 days holiday. Why Singapore don't have holiday?! It's a multi racial country, yet our holiday is so much lesser than other countries. Hmpf...
I hate the office air-con. Sometimes its very cold, sometimes its not. So I'm like wearing my jacket this moment and taking it off the next. Then maybe an hour or so later, I'm putting the jacket on again. Fashion show.... T_T

Exercise machine?
Hmm... Thought of getting an exercise machine to tone my thighs and calves. Can use the capitalmall vouchers to pay some of the amount. I hate my heavy bottoms! Make me look so unproportionate =(
Had done some web search and is considering either of the 2 machines below, one is the stepper and the other is the Leg Magic. Joyce used Leg Magic before, says its not bad and is not din-deh (as in occupy big space). Maybe will go down AIBI one day to test out the machines.

Bloaty
Arghh... Feeling so bloated. Like a lot of shit, air and other waste in my stomach =(
Mooncake festival coming soon. Yea yea, bought 3 boxes of mooncake yesterday. One for my parents, one for in-laws (actually its for myself also, but coz we're living together, so you know...) and another one for Hubby's ah-ma.
Well, the Raffles Hotel came down to sell their mooncakes at our tearoom-aka-canteen yesterday. Everyone was like having hoo-haa about how nice the Snow-Skin Mooncake with Champagne Truffle & Ganache from Raffles Hotel was. So I bought a box of that and a box of Snow-Skin Mooncake with Dark Chocolate Crunchy Pearl. Well, I find the Champagne Truffle & Ganache OK only leh. I actually like the Dark Chocolate Crunchy Pearl more lor, coz cruncy crunchy one... taste good. Yummy...
Yesterday was on superbus# 51 to go my mum's home. It was packed like sardine and this stupid Bungladesh-look-alike guy that was standing behind me was adjusting the aircon. Its not that kinda round aircon above the seats that we can rotate and adjust de lor. Its those bar-kind which I don't think can adjust lor. Then ta ma de the black dust all fall on me. Shit man. I thought how come my hand suddenly so ticklish, then I saw black black thing on my hand and look up and saw a hand. Then I turn my head back and that kam-gong guy still can smile at me lor. Wah lau, I gin him lor. That aircon how can adjust one. See also know liao, the whole plastic long bar is fixed one leh. Wah piang...
Then there's another time also on the superbus. There's this guy, I think his eyes itchy or what la... He was preparing to alight, but the bus hasnt reach the stop yet, then he climbed up one step of the stairs that leads to the 2nd deck and put his eyes near the aircon to blow. Biang eh... Ya la... the aircon was blasting and very cold la, but no need so kua zhang ba... blow the eyes with the aircon? I think more dust goes into the eyes lor... -_-|||
K la, enough crap le... Log off liao. Bye bye...

Busy busy... Weekend over already
Sigh... Weekend is gone again T_T
And hell, today is Monday X_X
Super sianz... Boring day at work. Real bored... Nothing much to do. Yawnz...
Went studio recording yesterday for Vicky's bridal MTV sample. Qik-zhar-buay-zha voice havent open go do recording liao. Biang... I sang like shit but hubby sang marvellously well (he's pro lor). Anyway, was a fun experience. Went mum's place for lunch after that as usual. Sunday = Family day.
Hubby and I always like to disturb my niece and nephew and see their reaction. I've got a very chirpy 3-year-old nephew and I'm always amazed by his little gimmicks. The last time out of the blue, he blurted "Five bucks? No way!", its the LJS commercial which I never even watched before lor. But hearing him saying that verse is si-bay-gey-yan and cute. Yesterday my dad was hugging him and I bet my dad's hair must be kinda messy or looks wierd, my nephew looked at his hair and asked innocently:
"Ah-gong, 谁comb你的hair的?"
My dad, amused by the question : "Huh? Ermm... 小朋友 lor"
Me, trying to disturb my nephew again: "Why? Ah-gong's hair not nice ah? Ah-gong handsome or not?"
My nephew shakes his head and mumbled "no". *Faints* Kids are so truthful. Wanna ask for any truthful and simple opinion, maybe can try asking the kids. Geez...
Hubby also like to disturb my nephew by saying he's wearing panties whenever my little nephew is out from toilet. Then my nephew will be like very ji-dong and reply "NO!!! Not panties, its UNDERWEAR!!!" Clever huh? Kids, they really can brighten up your day.
Sigh... so sianz... its only 10.46am now. 7 more hours to off work. T_T
Didnt tidy up the room last week coz was at Kembangan flea market on Saturday. Well, I make it a point to clean up and tidy up the room every weekends coz weekdays usually reach home quite late. Maybe try to reach home earlier tonight to do some tidy up.
K, getting back to work. Ciao~

Back to realistic
Wow, its been 1 month since I last updated. Aug is a travelling month, went Egypt from 4-Aug to 15-Aug, came back and went Guangzhou from 18-Aug to 21-Aug.
Egypt was a super relaxing and magnificiently majestic trip. Our tour group only have hubby and me. Haa... So its like we have a personal tour guide and driver.
The 4 days on the Nile cruise is really "relaxing". There's nothing much to do on the cruise, the only leisure facility available is a pathetically small pool. TV programs are mostly in arabic languages and the signal is so poor that when they start to sail you only see black and white dots and moving lines with "SSSssss...." sounds
So basically the main activities on the cruise are sleep and eat.
We took all sorts of transport during this honeymoon trip - air, sea, land, rail. You name it, we got it. Aeroplane la, car la, coach, train, cruise, motor boat, sailing boat, horse carriage, camel ride and hot air balloon! Yea, yea... happening right... we went on hot air ballon the very next morning when we reach Luxor! We get to see them setting up the hot air balloon when we reach there. The balloon ride was hot and fun. Get to see sunrise on the hot air balloon and very nice scenary.
Went to visit alot of Egypt temples and ancient ruins during our stay there. The most memorable one would be Abul Simbel. Coz they literally cut out the huge stone temple and move it 200m away from the river that is always flooding and reconstruct it. And I tell you, the temple is not like the kind we see in Singapore lor, its stones lor and the temple is like more than 20 stories high. It was amazing lor, wonder how the people are able to do such things in the past. In fact, all the ancient ruins and temples are amazing lor, coz all the walls are engraved with stories or names, and I mean the WHOLE wall, even the ceilings. Its unbelievable how they do it in those old time with primitive tools and I can't imagine the life that the past Egyptian lives in.
Well, the weather was super hot when we were there. Even the wind that was blowing was sometimes warm. The food there really bei-hao-gor, everyday is gor-song bread of various shapes, pasta, chicken, mutton, potatoes, wierd vegetables... Their style of cooking just doesnt suits my taste
Hubby and I yearned for Singapore's char-kway-tiao and hei-mee during our last few days at Egypt.
Their road very dak-gong. The traffic lights seems to be standing there for decoration coz they never works. The car hornings are non-stop especially for busy roads. Our last 2 days at Egypt were free and easy, so Hubby and I took cabs to our destinations. Their over-taking skill is of superb accuracy lor. Saad-saad-bo-chio... They zoom here zoom there, squeeze through in between cars which we thought were not possible coz the space seems so small. And don't bother to walk to the traffic light to cross the road; in Egypt, jay-walk is the way.
Wanted to post up some pictures, but I'm just too lazy to do it. Gee... Will try to do it one of these days.

Unknown stress
Feels like I've some level of stress building up in me. Unknown stress. Dunno what I'm stress of.
Yesterday night, after returning home from Charmaine's house collecting our goods, I realised my thigh had lotsa tiny red rashes. Dunno how it developed. And as I think back, I wonder if it's the dog that pounce on me and place it paws on my thigh that caused the rashes to develop. Wah... jia lat, come to think of it, my skin so ultra sensitive meh... =S
Next week going to the Egypt trip liao. Time flies man... Finally get a chance to rest and relax. Preparing myself to come back like orh-gek-leng, dark dark. I'll be bringing sunblock over while hubby is bring suntan lotion. *Faints* Think he no need to use camou-cream when he come back liao, as long as he dun open his mouth to show his teeth, think the enemy will think that its a patch of tree bark or dark soil. Wahahah...

CS Metro closing down sale
OK, I don't know when this started, but I recently found out that Century Square Metro is having closing down sales. And alot of things are going at 50% + 20% off ! And so I bought 2 quilt cover sets for less than $60, also some underwear for hubby and panties for myself. If you need anything which you think might be able to find at CS Metro, do go and have a look and save a heap. The things si buay cheap...
Went to cut my fringe on Saturday. Ya.... back to the ah-toot look again. Hubby feels like bashing me in the face again coz I look too "cute-to-be-true". My colleagues says the fringe makes me look so much more younger, looks sweet and one even commented that I look yummy. Yummy? Err... You mean my face looks round and flat and gong so you feel like eating? -_-"
Was in the MRT yesterday and saw a young lady holding up her handphone and snapping pictures of herself. Wierd leh... I mean with frenz around still ok la. But its like alone? Then kena siao like that smiling at the handphone and take picture of yourself. Dunno leh, I find it wierd... Or maybe I'm the wierd one? *shrugz*

I'm going Egypt !
Yes! Our honeymoon trip to Egypt is confirmed! Yeah!
After we return from Egypt, will be going Guangzhou with Beng, Hubby, Wansi and bf to see what else we can bring in to sell other than clocks. August is a travelling month!
Weekends just come and go, feels like I didn't get to enjoy weekends. Sometimes I just feel like lying on the bed and watch DVDs. But seems like most of the weekends are spent outside. The Shrek 3 DVD which I bought a few weeks back is starting to collect dust on the shelf le... Sigh... Hubby, when will we be able to watch it together?
2 more weeks to my Egypt trip. Woo-hoo ~~

Egypt - Go... No go...
My big day is finally over !
Everything was quite smooth. Dinner started on time at the banquet. Thanks everyone for turning up early and on time !
Now is the honeymoon thingy. Our Egypt trip seems to have so much problem. 1st is not enough people for the tour group. Found another tour agency and now they don't have flight ticket to Cairo. Grr... Hopefully they can find a pair of tickets for us *Fingers crossed*

Ugly behaviour as an elder
Its amazing how people can be so petty to an extreme. A member in my mum's family made my dua-gim (eldest aunt) unhappy and she was angry with the whole Angs family.
The whole story goes like this. My dua-gim and dua-gu went to my granny's brother's daughter's wedding. Then dunno why la, there's not enough seats for them. And my dua-gim and dua-gu kenna splitted into 2 tables. Then I think she very buay-song and storm out of the restaurant and went home before the dinner starts.
Anyway, I just get to know of this incident yesterday, coz I need to call up my relatives to say I will be going over to them pass my invitation card and cake. Then mum tried calling this no-logic-and-petty-to-the-extreme dua gim's home, but no one answered. So mum asked Cat, my cousin, to call her since Cat has her hp number. Then 5 mins later Cat called and relay that dua gim asked us dun need to give her coz she 不会接受. What the hell lor. I was like kinda puzzled why my dua gim is so harsh until mum told me the bo liao history that make her bear such deep grudges. Piang... Can't believe she can be so petty until she won't accept anyone's invitation even if we're not the ones who provoked her.
Anyway, never mind, I got the hp# from Cat so I can call her myself to explain to her. So I called, but she didnt pick up the call. Then never mind, I went ahead with all the sending of the invitations. So I used my hp to call this dua gim's home number to see if she's at home so I can go to her house and pass her the invitation card and cake. She picked up the call. I was kinda happy coz now that I know she is at home. Then she grumble grumble say she won't accept the invitation and say she tired and hung up the phone. Fuck her lor. But never mind, now that I know that she's at home, hubby and me went over her house. Shit, went to the wrong unit, then I called and called this petty dua gim's home number but she didnt pick up the phone. Never mind, so I called my 2nd uncle who lives quite close to her to check out her unit number. OK, hubby and me finally reaches the correct unit and we knock and call and knock and call but she wouldn't open up the fucking damn door nor pick up the phone. That is so RUDE lor. Come'on la dua gim, its others who provoke you lor, I'm just doing my duty as a niece to pass you my invitation lor, you don't want to come for the banquet never mind lor, but as the eldest aunt in the whole family tree who should be the mostsenile sensible and understanding elder, you acted so childish and arrogant lor. You're really a poor example to the rest. I super super super look you down. Wake up your idea la. You keep bearing such deep grudges until you lie inside the coffin, your life happy or not? Anyway, to end the story of this ugly behaviour of my childish and petty aunt, hubby and me left the cake outside the door and left.
Settled the whole distributing thing at 8pm. Phew... Guo-da-li done. Now gotta prepare for an-chuan next. 2 more weeks to go. OMG....

TL day!
This morning took bus 87 to work, boarded the bus and found a seat on the face-to-face long seat in the double-deck superbus and sat down. Then a ta-ma-de bastard who wear white and blue flowery shirt sat beside me. Ta-ma-de he's not very big size lor, but ta-ma-de he sat very close to me and ta-ma-de the bell pole is just beside me and I can't move my leg and ta-ma-de I have to shift and ta-ma-de squeeze my buttock with only half a seat. Fuck! TL ! Think the people sitting opposite me must have saw my TL face coz I keep "gin-ing" at the ta-ma-de flowery bastard. Feel like pulling his hair and give him a punch in his pockmarked face.

My sign
My birth date is 21-Aug; lies quite between the sign Leo and Virgo. Birth dates that falls between 23-Jul to 22-Aug is under Leo and 23-Aug to 22-Sept is under Virgo. So officially I am a Leo.
I feel that my character is more of a Virgo rather than Leo. I don't like to lead, not outgoing, not very confident, not boastful and some other Leo traits which I don't think I possess them. Rather, I think I possess more of the hard-to-understand Virgo traits. Well, I'm a worrier, try to attain perfection for the things I do, undemonstrative, think complicatedly.
Anyway, went to do some bo liao personality test and below is my result.
So I can say that I'm a Leo with Virgo personality. Complicated.

Oh gawd... Its June! June! Its June! 5 more weeks to my big day. 36 days to be exact. Oh gawd, think I better faster settle the things.

Mars Vs Venus
I love to watch the show "Mars vs Venus" thats currently showing in channel 8. Not only its funny, its also very realistic. Really reflects alot on man and woman. I practically agree with alot of the scenes, particularly "man can separate sex and love". Where the hell can you find such a man like William (acted by Piere Png) in the show?! Which guy can resist temptation from woman who pounce herself on him? These are real rare species. Think almost extinct in the world. Maybe you can find 1 such man out of every million species in the planet mars.

Team dinner
Super hot nowadays, super hot.... went hubby's home during lunch time to get some stuffs to top up at Lynette's store. While waiting for the bus at the interchange to come back office, I was like dua liap guah, shuay liap guah... all the guah "bursting" out from my pores and roll down from my head and back. -_-" Can't wait to get up the bus *sweat*
Had team dinner with my department colleagues yesterday at Royal Plaza on Scotts. The food wasnt that great. I think the dishes that taste best to me is their cakes =p Lot of the foods displayed on the table, I don't eat. So to summarise, below are the food that I ate yesterday night:
1st round
- Speghetti (the biggest portion of all the things I ate coz they cook the pasta on the spot)
- A small piece of roasted chicken (this one not bad)
- A few cubes of wierdly fried-style potato (the name of this dish was very long, dunno Anna simi simi simi sai fried potato)
- A slice of turkey (Yucks, I don't like the taste of it)
- 1 pizza bread (not bad)
- 1 dumpling (tasted so-so)
Abit full
2nd round
- Sushi (took 5 pieces in total of diff "fillings")
- Lobster (1/2 slipper Lobster, 1/2 pacific lobster)
Starting to feel very full...
3rd round
- fish maw soup (tasted nice, but felt like drinking glue - too starchy)
- chicken rice ball of ping-pong ball size with pathetically 5 to 6 slices of chicken (saw my colleague eating and said the chilli was nice, so I also went to try)
- keropok (those bitter bitter kind that hubby's dad like to eat and prawn crackers)
Super full liao...
4th round
- 3 small tiny pieces of chocolate cakes ( I love chocolate)
- 1 mini cup of tiramitsu with chocolate toppings (Yes, I love chocolate)
- 1 cheesecake (very small piece, but I couldn't finish coz its not chocolate =p)
- 2 round chocolate biscuits dipped in chocolate fondue (Yummy! Chocolate!)
5th round
- 1 scoop of chocolate ice-cream (yes, chocolate again), topped with chocolate syrup, rainbow candies, chocolate chips, peanut grinds (half of the ice cream already melted when I went back to my seat)
- Fruits (as usual... papaya, honeydew, watermelon, rock melon)
Walked to the toilet after the whole meal and I feel like my stomach is going to tear apart. I'm simply too full!
Whole dinner ended around 10pm. Walked to Orchard MRT with a bunch of colleagues to take train home. In the station waiting for the train to arrive:
Joyce : Wah... heng bao... must eat some yogurt to digest and let it come out.
Joey : Ya, think I go home take the Yu Ren Sheng medicine that can help digestion
Me : Wah... you all got so many styles, then I must go and buy 1 whole pack of yakult and finish the 5 bottles liao.
Joey: Wahahaha... OK, see whose method is the most effective.

Dr Ong is not in again
Went Maple on Friday to see Dr Ong for my pretty pretty face that is so dry nowadays. Reached there, bo lang eh... something's not right coz usually the queue is super long, checked the duty-schedule, correct leh, its Dr Ong on duty today. Then saw a notice pasted next to the schedule "Take Note: Dr Ong will be away from 9-May to 13-May". Ta ma de... This is the 2nd time which I came and she's not on duty lor. And its 2 times in a row. Grr... Angry...
Then I went Tampines Mall, spend money again... Bought a black-colour sleeveless top and a 3/4 denim pants, total hit $39. Still ok lah... Coz got discounts for both. Heh... =p
Mother's Day was just over yesterday. Well, this year, unlike the previous years, we didn't bring mum for a big meal. We bought her a chain and a diamond pendant by request. Ermm... Actually mum only requested for a chain, but I added on a diamond pendant for her. I'm glad she like the pendant alot coz she was in a dilemma as to put on her jade piece or the pendant for the chain, anyway, I told her to wear the jade lah, coz jade is better, think it can help to protect the person wearing the jade? Something like that ba...
